1. What locations do you ship to?
IceSkatingWorld.com ships worldwide. Please contact via email at info@iceskatingworld.com for rates outside the United States of America before ordering.
2. How long does it take when placing a order for Skates/Boots or Dresses?
If you provide us with the correct size, then it typically takes 5 business for the boots to arrive in our shop. Occasionally, we have the correct size in stock but there is no guarantee of that. If you do not provide us with a size, then we will mail you detailed, easy-to-follow measuring instructions for skates. After we receive the measurements from you, we will order the correct size of boots from the manufacturer. We recommend allowing at least 2 weeks when ordering.
3. What is your return policy?
Customer satisfication is high priority at IceSkatingWorld.com. We are here to answer any questions before ordering. In the unlikely event you have to return your item, we may charge a 20% restocking fee. Item must be returned in new condition with original packaging.
4. What if I can't find the item I'm looking for?
Please use the "Search" feature in the Proshop. If that fails to bring you results, please email us at info@iceskatingworld.com.
5. Can I mail or fax my order in?
Yes, but we do not take credit cards over the phone or via mail. You can mail checks/money orders along with your detailed order to:
