Magic Speed Jump Rope
The Hyperformance ™ Magic Speed ™ is the original Buddy Lee Jump rope! It is the basic model of the Hyperformance Jump ropes without the swivel bearing system. However it has an eyelet-turning device that reduces drag, allowing it to turn with ultra speed, control and nearly twice the speed of a leather jump rope. The 8" inch handles fits all hand sizes and is designed for performing intermediate and advanced skills. The rope is a solid vinyl aerodynamic cord designed for durability and heavy usage.
It can be custom sized for your height with the help of a pair of pliers (for people 6'5" and under). The rope cord is replaceable. For children and adults. Please read instructions inside rope card. [Item Number: exerJRMagic]

Benefits:
Jump rope is designed to improve body mass or composition by substituting lean muscle for fat. Rope jumping can help to shape and tone muscles in the upper and lower body. It can also tone and shape legs and calves. In addition rope jumping is excellent for weight loss. At 120 turns per min., it burns approximately 12.9 calories per minute for a person weighing 150 lbs or 68 kilos. (Running burns 13 calories per minute) If you weigh more you will naturally burn more calories.
There's a reason the American Heart Association holds the Jump Rope for Heart, because it is "excellent for cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and coordination." -- Parade Magazine, 3/20/05
